I first want to rave about the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. Above and beyond. The food was fine. I wasn't ever impressed necessarily. It was pricey, as were the drinks. That's to be expected I suppose. You can bring your own coolers to the smaller pools, but they don't allow it at the bigger, nicer pool. Our room was fine, but we had one dish towel. We had two bath towels. We had few extra blankets. Our light and fan didn't work in our room. Little things...but they added up to be annoying. The fridge was good, as was the ice maker. Going back and forth from the pool and the beach was a pain because of where they were located in relation to each other. The traffic is awful on the island in the evening.

We booked a family vacation with 4 condos. We stayed in P5-1003. The view was great but there were socks under the master bed, the bed was not comfortable, the couch has seen better days. The condo isn't on the beach as it looks in photos. You cross a road to a public beach. You can pay a daily rate for chair rental or use your own. The lifestyle center was packed every day so we didn't get to use it & the chairs at Tower 5 pool were limited. The check in was the most frustrating. After booking with Expedia and paying almost $3k and a $447 property fee we were then told there is a daily amenities fees & a $75 fee to check in. So $210 more just to walk in the prepaid room. When asked about why there's an additional fee the 1st lady said " I'm not sure I can't see on my side since you booked through expedia". The lady at check-out was more helpful in trying to explain but ultimately had no answer so she gave me the property management company number. Apparently 300 units are operated by on site. The others are individually ran so you pay whoever to book then HOA & DESK fees at check in. The pools are clean, the golfcart shuttles are nice, the grounds are well kept. Resort is cashless
